CheckPrixa MICR E13B Font (together with its accompanying documentation, the "Software") is the property of CheckPrixa. Unless otherwise specified, micre13b.com and CheckPrixa own all title to this software and its copyright, which are protected by international copyright law.

CheckPrixa is only willing to grant you this License if you obtained the Software from micre13b.com or an authorized reseller. If you obtained the software from any other source you may not install or use the software.
1. License Grants

(a) Single User License

This license allows the use of the Software by one user on one computer within your organization. The user may also embed the MCR fonts into a PDF or XPS file.

(b) Enterprise Site License
This license allows the use of the Software by any one within your organization. The Enterprise license also allows any one within your organization to embed the MCR fonts into a PDF or XPS file.
2. Exclusion of all damages

In no event shall CheckPrixa , micre13b.com, or its authors be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use the software, even if an authorized dealer or distributor has been advised of the possibility of these damages.
3. Limitation and Release of Liability

CheckPrixa MICR E13B Font is provided AS IS. The authors of CheckPrixa MICR E13B Font and micre13b.com disclaim all warranties and liability for the Software and will in no way be responsible, in financial or any other terms, for damages (either consequential or incidental) resulting from the use or misuse of CheckPrixa MICR E13B Font. No warrantee as to fitness to a particular purpose is given or implied. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

To the full extent allowed by law, YOU HEREBY RELEASE CheckPrixa, micre13b.com and the authors of CheckPrixa MICR E13B Font and its suppliers FROM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ALL CLAIMS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
4. Warranty Disclaimer

CheckPrixa, micre13b.com and its authors disclaims all warranties, whether expressed, implied, or otherwise, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CheckPrixa and micre13b.com does not warrant that the software is error-free or will operate without interruption.
